It looks as if Yahoo - Mail and My Yahoo at least - may have come under a DDoS attack. I can't seem to log in to access my Yahoo email account this afternoon.
I'll try again later this evening when I get home. The fault may lie solely with the library, on whose computers I rely when out on the town.
